Data Storage

Your recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored locally on your device.

Thinkonaut does not sell your data and does not use your data for advertising.

To generate summaries, insights, or structured outputs, Thinkonaut may securely send portions of your content (such as transcripts or text input) to third-party services, including AI providers such as OpenAI.

These services process the data solely to generate results requested by you. Your data is not used for advertising.

• When necessary to provide transcription or AI-generated features
• When you explicitly export or share your content

Permissions

Thinkonaut may request access to:

• Microphone — to record your voice
• Speech Recognition — to transcribe recordings
• Notifications (optional) — to notify you when processing is complete

You can manage permissions at any time in your device Settings.

Your Control

You can:

• Delete your notes and recordings at any time
• Export your data from the app
• Clear all stored data from within the app
