Fixamajig uses your device’s camera and photo library solely to take or select a photo of the electronic device you are trying to fix. Photos are sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI service to identify your device and generate troubleshooting steps. Photos are not stored on our servers, not shared with third parties beyond Anthropic’s API, and not used for advertising or tracking.

Fixamajig may request access to your camera and photo library so you can capture or choose a photo of your device. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings.
